PURPOSE: A device and method for controlling spangle of a molten galvanizing steel plate are provided to control the spray area of spangle miniaturizing material. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling spangle of a molten galvanizing steel plate comprises a injecting device(20), a moving device(30), and a high speed camera(40) and a control device(50). The injecting device comprises an injection nozzle(21) for spraying spangle minimization material to the plated steel sheet in which molten zinc is plated. The moving device transfers the injection nozzle of the injecting device to the spray position. The high speed camera takes an image of the surface of the plated steel sheet in which the molten zinc is plated.
