PURPOSE: A hinge assembly including a power-transmission member and a knee brace including the hinge assembly are provided to realize the movement of the knee joint. CONSTITUTION: A hinge assembly comprises: a hinge plate(31) having one or more lower joint holes; an upper rotating member(11) which is connected to one among top joint holes and is connected to the upper arm; a lower rotating member(21) which is rotationally connected to one among lower joint holes and is connected to the lower arm; and a power transmission member(B1) transferring power between the upper rotating member and lower rotating member.
