摘要 <p>Disclosed is a 3D ultrasonographic device that has more improved examination accuracy than ever before. The 3D ultrasonographic device (10) is equipped with an ultrasonic wave transducer (11) having a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators (20) in an m×n arrangement; a signal processing unit (17) that receives an echo in which an ultrasonic wave, which is oscillated from a piezoelectric vibrator (20) that is sequentially selected, is received at the junction (15) of an object to be examined (14) and reflected, and generates 3D image data by detecting the electric signal of said echo and processing the signal; peak detection units (51, 52) that detects the first peak and second peak of the intensity distribution in the depth (z) direction of the 3D image data; a junction image generation unit (36) that generates a 3D image of the junction (15) by mapping the distance in the z-direction of the first peak and the second peak on the x-y plane; a quality assessment unit (37) that assesses the condition of the junction (15) by means of a two-step quality assessment; and a display unit (38) that displays the 3D junction image and the junction quality assessment results for the junction (15).</p>
