PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house intercom system capable of preventing a connection confirming operation from being performed to living room master units of a dwelling unit with no residents and a dwelling unit whose resident is away for a long period of time without temporarily stopping the system. SOLUTION: A controller 40 can delete a specified living room master unit 30a from a terminal connection registration memory 45 by performing a specified operation in the controller 40, management room master units 20a, 20b or a living room master unit 30a. Thus, the connection confirmation operation is prevented from being performed to the living room master units of a dwelling unit with no residents and a dwelling unit whose resident is away for a long period of time without temporarily stopping the system.
