PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus comprising a case member which is reduced from being complicated in shape and is capable of implementing a shield function even for a circuit board on which a notched or open communication unit is formed. SOLUTION: A mobile electronic apparatus includes: a circuit board 70 with which one or more electronic components 71 are disposed on one side 72a; a notched communication unit 74 formed on the circuit board 70 for communicating a first space 741 and a second space 742; and a case member. The case member has: a conductive first portion 65 which is disposed to close the communication unit 74 for partitioning the first space 741 and the second space 742; and a conductive second portion 63 directly or indirectly linked to the first portion 65 and disposed to entirely or partially cover the one or more first electronic components 71. The second portion 63 has a plate-like part 61 disposed to overlap with the first portion 65 in a thickness direction of the circuit board 70, and a rib 62 protruded from an outer edge in the plate-like part 61 to a side of the circuit board 70.
