PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To score display the degree of subjective noise so as to evaluate whether a semantic content of a conversation around an area can be understood. SOLUTION: A scoring apparatus for the degree of subjective noise includes: an interest distance at which each noise generating group has an interest in an ambient noise; an attribute registering means for storing information in a storage means; a noise quantity measuring means for measuring the noise quantity; a subjective noise quantity calculating means for obtaining an inter-group distance between one noise generating group and the other noise generating group, obtaining the objective noise quantity as the noise quantity applied to one noise generating group at the inter-group distance, obtaining the interest degree of the noise of the other noise generating group, and calculating the subjective noise quantity of one noise generating group as the objective noise quantity corresponding to the interest degree; an average subjective noise quantity calculating means for calculating an average of the subjective noise quantity; and an outputting means for the degree of subjective noise to score and output the average as the degree of subjective noise.
