摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine which can compensate slippage of an air-fuel ratio, and prevent drivability failure and exhaust gas deterioration caused by the slippage of the air-fuel ratio. SOLUTION: The control device of an internal combustion engine includes: a fuel amount calculator for calculating a fuel amount supplied to an internal combustion engine based on a rotation speed, load, and engine temperature of the internal combustion engine; an equilibrium temperature calculator for calculating a temperature in a cylinder or an exhaust temperature in a steady operation state of the internal combustion engine; a combustion temperature estimating instrument for estimating a temperature in a cylinder or an exhaust temperature in a transient operation state of the internal combustion engine; a combustion temperature correction factor calculator for calculating a combustion temperature correction factor based on a combustion temperature error calculated by a combustion temperature error calculator for calculating an error of an estimated temperature estimated by the combustion temperature estimating instrument and the equilibrium temperature calculated by the equilibrium temperature calculator. Based on both of the engine temperature detected by an engine temperature detector and the combustion temperature error calculated by the combustion temperature error calculator, the combustion temperature correction factor is calculated.
