PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic machining device which brings the longitudinal vibration of an ultrasonic vibrator and elongation vibration in the radial direction of a machining tool into a beautiful resonance state, in the ultrasonic machining device supporting the machining tool at one end by installing the machining tool on the hone tip. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic machining device includes a spindle 2 having a hollow body sleeve 2a and rotatingly driven around the axis C, the ultrasonic vibrator 3 arranged on the axis C in the body sleeve 2a, a support hone 4 fixed to the body sleeve 2a and continuously connected on the same axis as the ultrasonic vibrator 3, and a fixed hone 6 for sandwiching the machining tool 5 rotated around the axis C between this support hone 4 and itself, and the support hone 4 and the fixed hone 6 are characterized in that the length from the end surfaces 5a and 5b of the machining tool 5 is 1/2 of a wave length of ultrasonic vibration excited by the ultrasonic vibrator 3.
