PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder/granule spreader configured to alleviate a burden of operator's operation after detecting the swing of a machine body during spreading operation to improve workability. SOLUTION: The powder/granule spreader includes supply hoppers, feeding devices, and spread rate-setting units, and is provided with a controller for inputting a set spread rate and a working speed signal of a traveling vehicle body. Based on an input operation from a spread switch, the controller calculates the frequencies of feeding rotation of feed rollers based on at least information on the set spread rate and the working speed signal of the traveling vehicle body. A drive unit for driving a feed roller shaft is controlled to have the calculated frequency of feeding rotation. The controller includes an automatic swing switch and a swing-detecting unit for detecting the swing of the traveling vehicle body during spreading operation. When the automatic swing switch is turned on, and the swing-detecting unit detects the swing of the traveling vehicle body, the driving unit is stopped, and when detecting restoration from the swing, the driving unit is controlled to output the operation.
