<p>The holder has an insertion recess formed in connection sockets (213a). An engagement seat is formed in the connection sockets and connected with the insertion recess. A hanger body (21a) of hangers (20a) is slidably connected to a steel base plate (12) of a sliding carrier (10). A hanger-shaft (22a) is made of metal and has a shank that is mounted in the insertion recess and surrounded by the connection sockets. A curved end is located on an opposite side of the shank and has a hatchet (222a) that is curved upwards for hanging a hand towel.</p>
