Preparing phosphoric acid triamide compounds (I), comprises: adding a tertiary amine to a solution of phosphoric acid amide dichloride compounds (II) in an inert solvent and initiating complete reaction of ammonia at -10[deg] C to 30[deg] C; and heating the mixture to boiling to remove ammonium chloride and filtering the remaining unresolved triamide from the mother liquor. Preparing phosphoric acid triamide compounds of formula (R2-N(R1)-P(=X)((NH 2) 2)) (I), comprises: adding a tertiary amine to a solution of phosphoric acid amide dichloride compounds of formula (R2-N(R1)-P(=X)(Cl 2)) (II) in an inert solvent and initiating complete reaction of ammonia at -10[deg] C to 30[deg] C; and heating the mixture to boiling to remove ammonium chloride and filtering the remaining unresolved triamide from the mother liquor.
