The machine (100) has a cup-shaped rotation vessel (17) brought into rotation by an electric motor (11). Perfume material (D) e.g. low viscous perfume oil, lies at an inner sleeve surface (24) of a flow volume (22) of the vessel under influence of centrifugal force. The vessel includes a perfume material-collecting volume (20) below the flow volume, where the material-collecting volume communicates via a passage opening (23). The material passes through the opening by effect of the force or gravitation. A cross-section of the opening is smaller than a cross-section of the flow volume.
