PURPOSE: A valve actuator control system is provided to prevent damage or breakage of a motor and a valve by optimizing the required torque of the valve. CONSTITUTION: A valve actuator control system(1) comprises a controller(25), a setting unit(28), a valve setting display unit(45), an overload indication lamp, a phase loss indication lamp, a restriction display lamp, a setting indication lamp(49), a reposition button, a reset button, a finish button, valve closing and opening buttons(54,55), a communication unit, and a communication network. The controller is installed on an end of a housing(2). The setting unit is installed on an end of the controller. The valve setting display unit is installed on the upper side of the setting unit. The overload indication lamp, the phase loss indication lamp, the restriction display lamp, and the setting indication lamp are arranged on the lower side of the valve setting display unit. The reposition button, the reset button, the finish button, and the valve closing and opening buttons are arranged on the lower side of the indication lamps. The communication unit communicates through a communication interface and a communication protocol with a remote control unit. The communication network is connected to the communication unit. |
