PURPOSE: An inkjet printer with a printing correction device and a printing correction method using the same are provided to perform precise correction work by rapidly correcting a deviated printing position. CONSTITUTION: A printing correction method using an inkjet printer with a printing correction device is as follows. The position of each printing nozzle is physically adjusted to correspond the position of the printing nozzles with the position of injection holes. A print head unit is horizontally moved. Aligned printing is performed on an object. The printing state of the object is measured after or during the aligned printing. The deviated degree of a printing position is detected using the measured printing state. When the printing position is deviated above a certain range, the position of the injection holes is corrected.
