PURPOSE: An oil drain device of a spindle is provided to prevent damage to a bearing due to oil and extend the life span of the bearing by draining oil before flowing into the bearing. CONSTITUTION: An oil drain device of a spindle comprises a housing(120), a cover(100), a bearing holder(110), a drain collar(130), and a nut(13). The housing is arranged outside a bearing(10) that supports a spindle(7) and comprises first and second channels(122,124). The cover contacts the inner race of the bearing and has first and second downward protruding rims(102,104), wherein the second downward protruding rim is formed separate from the first downward protruding rim and the first downward protruding rim is accommodated in a first annular groove(112) of the bearing holder. The drain collar is arranged in the inner peripheral part of the housing and has a second annular groove(134) in which the first downward protruding rim is accommodated. The nut is coupled to the exterior of the spindle to prevent the separation of the cover.
