PURPOSE: A grain processing apparatus and a processing method using thereof are provided to add proper amount of mineral salt to grains for offering minerals to rice. CONSTITUTION: A grain processing apparatus comprises the following: a grain tank(A), a bay salt diluents tank(B), and a bittern tank(C) supplying grains, bay salt, and purified water or bittern to a hopper(3); a mixing cover(4) installed on the lower side of the hopper; a speed reducing device(2) installed on the rear side of the mixing cover; a motor(1) installed on the rear side of the speed reducing device; a pipe type steaming and pressurizing cover(5) installed on the front side of the mixing cover; and an outlet installed on the rear end of the steaming and pressurizing cover.
