<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection-type video display device and an image adjustment method for reducing the time required for focus adjustment and image shape adjustment processing. <P>SOLUTION: The projection-type video display device 100 includes an adjustment unit 250 for carrying out focus adjustment processing and an image shape adjustment processing. The adjustment unit 250 starts the focus adjustment processing by using a focus adjustment image displayed in a first period, starts the image-shape adjustment processing by using an image-shape adjustment image displayed in a second period, and finishes the focus adjustment processing, by reusing the focus adjustment image displayed in a third period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
