<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a cake of Kanoko (a kind of Japanese cake) that is a representative example of a small granule attached cake and obtained by attaching a large number of small granules of sweet beans to the whole surface of a core ball of strained bean paste, however, the cake of Kanoko is entirely produced one by one by manual operation of cake craftsman, production is troublesome and efficiency is poor. <P>SOLUTION: A forming vessel 2 is arranged at the outer circumference part of a turntable 11 and the forming vessel 2 is successively circulated by a turntable drive means to a small granule feed position A, a core ball feed position B, small granule attachment positions C<SB>1</SB>and C<SB>2</SB>and a product discharge position E. On the other hand, the small granule feed position A is equipped with a small granule feed apparatus 3, the core ball feed position B is equipped with a core ball feed apparatus 4, the small granule attachment positions C<SB>1</SB>and C<SB>2</SB>are equipped with small granule attachment apparatuses 5 and 6 and the product discharge position E is equipped with a product discharge apparatus 9, respectively. Consequently, only a large number of core balls and a lot of small granules are prepared, then the small granule attached cakes are formed successively, automatically and efficiently by a small number of managers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
