摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve acceleration responsiveness and emissions when accelerating from a deceleration condition in an internal combustion engine with a supercharger which includes an exhaust gas turbine type supercharger and an EGR device. <P>SOLUTION: In an engine 11 having the exhaust gas turbine type supercharger 17 mounted thereon, the EGR device 29 for returning part of the exhaust gas after passing through a catalyst 16 to an air suction pipe 12 located upstream of a compressor 19 is installed between an exhaust pipe 15 located downstream of the catalyst 16, and the air suction pipe 12 located upstream of the compressor 19. To an air suction pipe 21 between the compressor 19 and a throttle valve 23, an atmospheric open pipe 35 for opening the inside of the air suction pipe 21 into the atmosphere is connected, and an atmospheric open valve 36 is installed in the atmospheric open pipe 35. When the throttle valve 23 is closed to enter the deceleration condition during execution of EGR, the atmospheric open valve 36 is opened, so that the EGR gas remaining in the air suction pipe 21 between the compressor 19 and the throttle valve 23 is released from the atmospheric open pipe 35 into the atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
