摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-compensated oscillator using a two-fold rotation Y cut crystal oscillator by which stable frequency characteristics are obtained by a temperature compensation circuit by simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature-compensated oscillator using the two-fold rotation Y cut crystal oscillator includes: the two-fold rotation Y cut crystal oscillator 1 segmented from a surface obtained by rotating a surface of crystal of crystal perpendicular to a Y axis by 30-37 degrees centering around an X axis and further rotating the surface from this rotated position by 23-40 degrees centering around a Z axis; a voltage controlled crystal oscillator 3 consisting of an oscillation circuit 2 to which the crystal oscillator 1 is connected; and a temperature compensation circuit 4 which performs temperature compensation by a resonance frequency in a B mode to be mainly excited from the crystal oscillator 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
