ELECTRONIC BOOK CONTENT GENERATION DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC BOOK CONTENT GENERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic book content generation device capable of obtaining a high advertising effect without disturbing the reading of a content of an electronic book.

SOLUTION: An electronic book distribution server 16 includes: a blank area detection part 42 generating an electronic book based on book information and detecting a blank area which is formed when the electronic book is displayed in a display device; an advertising information management part 48 acquiring advertisement data to be inserted in the detected blank area; a blank area priority determination part 44 giving priority which shows priority at the insertion of the advertisement data to the detected blank area; and an advertisement insertion part 50 generating the electronic book content by inserting the obtained advertisement data into the detected blank area based on the given priority.
