<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract the supplemental phrases matching the procedure manual explanation phrases. <P>SOLUTION: The operator support 1 has a correspondence relation memory 2, an operation time obtaining section 3, a section estimating section 4, and a supplemental phrase extracting section 5. The correspondence relation memory 2 stores the procedure manual explanation phrases and their operating positions by correlating them. The operation time obtaining section 3 obtains the operation time showing the time point that the predetermined operating section has been changed from the PC operation log storage storing the operated time points and positions by correlating them for every operated time point. The section estimating section 4 extracts the procedure explanation phrases relating to the operation after switching from the correspondence relating memory 2. From the recorded voice, the section estimating section 4 presumes the section to the start of the speaking time, longer than predetermined and appearing next to the speaking time starting after the operation time before the speaking section showing the procedure explanation phrase, as the voice section of the procedure manual explanation phrases.
