<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image processing method for a radar image and a true track image obtained by the true track processing of the radar image which removes a static object while controlling an effect of the fluctuation of an echo without obtaining external information about the static object. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor for generating an image by radar signal processing includes a calculation means for obtaining the image as a product set of the radar image and the true track image obtained by true track processing of the radar image.
