PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure capable of preventing the sealing water in a sealing water trap from reversely flowing to the hand wash basin side when a toilet bowl device is drained. SOLUTION: A toilet bowl drain part 13 which is provided to the toilet bowl device 2 and guides the drain water in the toilet bowl device 2 to a drain passage 3 on the outside of the toilet bowl device 2 and a hand wash basin drain port part 27 provided to a hand wash basin 1 are joined to each other through a hand wash basin drain pipeline 28 having a sealing water trap 31. The drain water from the hand wash basin drain port part 27 is drained to the drain passage 3 through the hand wash basin drain pipeline 28 and the toilet bowl drain part 13. The portion of the toilet bowl drain part 13 further to the downstream side than the connection point 32 between the toilet bowl drain part 13 and the hand wash basin drain pipeline 28 and the portion of the hand wash basin drain pipeline 28 between the sealing water trap 31 and the connection point 32 are joined to each other through a vent pipeline 24.
