PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel water tank frame, a panel water tank installation structure and a panel water tank member transporting structure in which the panel water tank member transportation can be efficiently carried out. SOLUTION: A panel water tank frame 10 is formed into a substantial square frame shape and is provided with base members 12 and supporting members 15. The supporting members 15 have raised segments 14 and supporting segments 16. The raised segments 14 are arranged to cross with the base members 12 at a right angle and raised from a reference plane G. The supporting segments 16 have a supporting segment 16A and a supporting segment 16B and are arranged at the upper part of each of the raised segments 14 to constitute a square frame shape.
