PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating sliding device improved in sealing performance of a seal in regard to a reciprocating sliding device, which includes the seal for sealing an annular gap between two members reciprocating relatively with each other and in which reciprocating motion is generated by a pressure difference of the oil pressure between two oil pressure chambers provided on both sides of the seal. SOLUTION: A hydraulic driving device 10A includes two seals 65 and 66 for sealing an annular gap between a piston 16A reciprocating inside of a cylinder 40 and the inside of the cylinder 40. A low-pressure oil pressure chamber 75 lower in the pressure than oil pressure chambers 71 and 72 provided on both sides of the seals 65 and 66 are provided between the seals 65 and 66.
