PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed circuit board with superior productivity. SOLUTION: The flexible printed circuit board 1 is constituted by stacking a first circuit board 20 and a second circuit board 40 with an adhesive layer 30 interposed therebetween, and forming a hollow 31 between the first and second circuit boards 20 and 40. A sub-hollow 32 communicating with the hollow 31 is formed in the adhesive layer 30 outside a region to become a product 10, and in at least one of the first and second circuit boards 20 and 40, through-holes 25 and 45 which are open to the sub-hollow at an opening are formed, and closed with air-permeable and waterproof closing members 51 and 52.
