摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing wafer level lens capable of imparting high precision shape of each lens part and high distance precision between a plurality of lens parts on the same array with respect to the method of producing lens array having a plurality of lens parts made of resin material arrayed one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally. SOLUTION: The method of producing wafer level lens capable of providing a wafer-level lens array which can be obtained by integrally molding a substrate part and the wafer level lens array comprising a plurality of lens parts arrayed on the substrate part with a resin composition including a prescribed resin includes: a process (1) of supplying the resin between a pair of mold members; a process (2) of molding and curing the resin composition while inserting and putting the resin composition between the pair of mold members; and a process (3) of releasing the cured molded body, wherein at least the process (3) is set at a relative humidity of 40% or less.
