PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a reduction in efficiency of removal of dust in a transfer elevator 20 for transferring stalks from a reaper 6 to a thresher 3, or contamination of cereal grains. SOLUTION: In a combine harvester, the base part of the reaper 6 is mounted to the end of the transfer elevator 20 connected to the thresher 3, the transfer elevator 20 is provided with a transfer conveyer 25 in a transfer case 24 formed with a pair of right and left side plates 21, a bottom plate 22, and a top plate 23 into a square cylindrical shape, the top plate 23 of the transfer case 24 has a top portion 30 formed at a predetermined intermediate position in the back and forth directions of the top plate 23, and has a part on the base side to the top portion 30 formed as a base side top plate 31 and a part on the front side to the top portion 30 formed as a front side top plate 32, and the front side top plate 32 is provided with a dust-sucking/removing fan 33 for sucking dust in the transfer case 24.
