PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate noise of middle and low frequencies by real time processing without increasing the size of circuits. SOLUTION: The noise elimination device is provided with: a filter coefficient calculation part 5 which calculates a filter coefficient fxyof each reference pixel Pxy; a correlation Γ calculation part 6 which calculates correlation Γ of a pixel P22for processing; and a correlation holding part 7 which stores the correlation Γ of the pixel P22for processing calculated this time by the correlation Γ calculation part 6 and further outputs correlation Γ-1of the pixel P22to be processed, which is calculated in the previous time and already stored, wherein a filter processing part 8 performs filter processing to the pixel P22by using the pixel P22, a signal level of each reference pixel Pxy, the filter coefficient fxyof each reference pixel Pxy, and the correlation Γ-1of the pixel P22.
