PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve further reductions in size and weight by efficiently arranging a plurality of linear solenoid valves, direction switching valves or the like. SOLUTION: One side surface 22a of an upper body 12a is formed with a plurality of flanges 24 projecting outward and spool mounting holes 26 formed successively to the flanges 24, and the other surface 22b of the upper body 12a opposed to the one side surface 22a is formed with cross valve mounting holes 40 extending along the adjacent flanges 24. The spool mounting holes 26 and cross valve mounting holes 40 are arranged to be overlapped with each other in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the upper body 12a. A storage step portion 42 is provided on the upper surface of the other side surface 22b of the upper body 12a.
