PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring pressure type joining device which enables miniaturization of the whole device and reduction in installation occupancy area, so as to be adaptable to the increase in pressurizing force and improves maintenance property such as seal change by simplifying the structure of an actuator and enables use of a general purpose actuator. SOLUTION: In the spring pressure type joining device constituted so that a joining head held freely ascendably and descendably to pedestal part 50 is pressurized downward through a pressurizing force setting spring, a pressurizing force setting spring 78 is arranged below an ascending and descending actuator 60 of the joining head and the pressurizing output of the ascending and descending actuator 60 pressurizes the joining head through the pressurizing force setting spring 78.
