摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the whole inspection at a time without changing an inspection position to an inspection object many times as in the case of, for example, an ultrasonic thickness measuring method, when specifying a position of corrosion on the inspection object or its corrosion amount, and to inspect by removing only a part of a heat insulating material, when taking a pipe enclosed with the heat insulating material or the like as an inspection object. SOLUTION: This system includes: a first elastic wave detection part 110a for detecting an elastic wave propagating radially in the inspection object, on an optional position on the surface of the inspection object; a second elastic wave detection part 110b for detecting the elastic wave on a position different from the position where the first elastic wave detection part 110a detects the elastic wave; a corrosion position specification part 125 for specifying the position of an emission source as the position of corrosion; an attenuation factor specification part 126 for specifying an attenuation factor from emission of the elastic wave until detection thereof; a detection energy value calculation part 127 for calculating a value showing the magnitude of energy when detecting the elastic wave; an emission energy value calculation part 128 for calculating a value showing the magnitude of energy when emitting the elastic wave; and a corrosion amount specification part 129 for specifying the corrosion amount of corrosion on a position specified by the corrosion position specification part 125.
