PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a waveguide concerning a structure for reducing reflection at a corner position in case a waveguide E-plane corner is used. SOLUTION: A power feeding structure is constituted as follows. The waveguide E-plane corner 5 has an L-shape with a waveguide part with a magnetron 4 mounted and a waveguide part connected with that waveguide part with a tube axis direction different by 90°from the former waveguide part, the two waveguide parts having different heights from each other. Further, a capacitive diaphragm element 13 protruded in a height direction toward a side of the waveguide with the magnetron 4 is prepared, at the corner position, along a waveguide width of the waveguide E-plane corner 5.
