PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow channel member and an ultrasonic fluid measurement device which can prevent generation of turbulence in an ultrasonic wave due to turbulence of fluid. SOLUTION: The flow channel member 15 includes: first and second sidewall parts 21, 22 parallel to each other; first and second ultrasonic wave exit/entrance parts 32, 33 provided at the first sidewall part; a reflective surface 35 provided at an inner surface of the second sidewall part; and an ultrasonic wave transmission membrane 38 covering the first and second ultrasonic wave exit/entrance parts and transmitting ultrasonic waves 36, 37. The constitution is such that the first and second ultrasonic wave exit/entrance parts may be continuous, and the ultrasonic wave transmission membrane may collectively cover the first and second ultrasonic wave exit/entrance parts.
