摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a ferrite film on a component which is suitably used particulary in a boiling-water nuclear power plant, and oxidizing the surface of the formed film, and to provide an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: This film-forming method includes: connecting the apparatus for forming the film to the component of the nuclear power plant (step S1); injecting a pH adjuster (step S4), an agent containing a ferrous (II) ion (step S5) and an oxidizing agent for oxidizing a part of the ferrous (II) ion to a ferric (III) ion (step S6), into a circulation pipe of the apparatus for forming the film, which is connected to a recirculation pipe, in this order; injecting the agent containing the ferrous (II) ion and the agent containing the oxidizing agent into a solution for forming the film that contains the pH adjustor and supplying the resultant solution to the recirculation pipe; forming the ferrite film on the inner face of the component; decomposing the solution used for forming the film (step S8); and introducing the oxidizing agent to the solution for forming the film, which has been decomposed, and oxidizing the surface of the film (step S9).
