DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL

摘要

PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by increasing an amount of photosensitive dye molecules without the increase of the moving distance of electrons. CONSTITUTION: Photosensitive dye which generates electrons is absorbed on a semiconductor layer(10). A photo electrode(20) is arranged on one side of the semiconductor layer. An auxiliary electrode(30) is electrically connected to the photo electrode. A counter electrode(40) is connected to the photo electrode through an external circuit. A glass layer(70,80) is arranged on the outer sides of the photo electrode and the counter electrode.
