PURPOSE: A waiting paper operation system is provided to receive waiting paper of a digitalized receipt to a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(2000) mounts a waiting number ticket applet. The mobile terminal displays a waiting paper number. If the mobile terminal and a NFC(Near Field Communication) is tagged, a waiting reader(3000) request a mode conversion to a mobile terminal. The waiting reader displays the waiting receipt by issuing the waiting number request of the mobile terminal. The waiting reader transmits the waiting receipt to the mobile terminal.
