USER AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMMUNIZING FROM HACKING

PURPOSE: A user authentication system and a method thereof resistant to hacking are provided to authenticate a user without exposing secret information of the user under the condition that a hacker collects information for authentication process of the user. CONSTITUTION: A registration part registers a user to use authentication service. The registration part generates image sets and response matrix. A query matrix generation part generates a query matrix(300) using an image included in the image set, and provides the query matrix to the user. An authentication part receives information selected among the response matrix according to a secrete image(310,320) of the user included in the query matrix from the user.
