<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the problem that a device diagnostic system must not only display an alarm based on a required amount of work but also refer to a past fault history and a history of device maintenance executed by workers, in order to finely and accurately recognize an urgency level of work for a target device to be diagnosed. <P>SOLUTION: The device diagnostic system includes a fault information database 44 of a target device 11 to be diagnosed, a work required amount database 45 wherein a required amount of work corresponding to a fault is periodically calculated and recorded, a work urgency level calculation means which calculates an urgency level of work on the basis of a history in the work required amount database 45, and a web server 51 which inserts the required amount of work and the urgency level of work to a web page 54. The required amount of work and the urgency level of work for the target device 11 to be diagnosed are displayed on a web terminal 82 at a maintenance site 80, so that the urgency level of work for the target device 11 to be diagnosed can be easily recognized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
