<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction processing system capable of immediately gathering information necessary for finding out a cause of a failure to cope with the failure when the failure which cannot be solved instantly occurs in an automatic machine, and an information gathering method of the transaction processing system. <P>SOLUTION: Respective parts 202-208 constituting the automatic machine 10 include respective logs 202a-208a individually storing information matching details at the occurrence of a failure, and failure information is transmitted to a center 15 through a network 14 from the respective logs 202a-208a when a failure occurs in the automatic machine 10. When information about the failure is included in a status notification telegram received from the automatic machine 10, the center 15 extracts information necessary for the analysis of the failure from the failure information and collects data from the automatic machine 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
