<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transducer unit accommodating a plurality of ultrasonic transducers in a metal case which can effectively suppress occurrence of erosion in the metal case and whereby, can achieve long life of a device. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transducer unit 1 accommodates a plurality of ultrasonic transducers 2 in a metal case 3. Each ultrasonic transducer 2 is fixed in the metal case 3 so that each ultrasonic wave emitting surface is in contact with one arbitrary surface in the metal case 3.
