<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic optical member, which has a broad selectivity to an anti-static material as a component and maintains a fundamental function required for the optical member, and also which is free from coloring or cloudiness, keeps wear resistance and has superior anti-static effect with sufficient persistence. <P>SOLUTION: The plastic optical member is formed by applying a primer coat layer and a hard coat layer on a plastic made optical base material in this order and the primer coat layer contains the anti-static material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
