<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which stores cache information corresponding to proper file information in a plurality of file information, in a storage section, and a method of configuring cache information in the electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes: a memory 44; a mount section 47 on which an external memory 48 can be mounted with file information (first file information and second file information) stored in association with a table; and a control section 45 which generates a first memory region 441 in the memory 44 and stores first cache information corresponding to the first file information in the first memory region 441 when accessing the first file information stored in the external memory 48 in a state that the external memory 48 is mounted on the mount section 47, and which generates a second memory region 442 in the memory 44 and stores second cache information corresponding to the second file information in the second memory region 442 when the second file information is also associated with the table with which the first file information is associated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
