<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure of a building, which restrains deterioration in a heat insulation property. <P>SOLUTION: In the exterior wall structure of the building, an exterior wall panel is provided on outdoor side, and an interior wall panel 12 is provided on its indoor side. The exterior wall panel includes an exterior wall member and an exterior wall frame fixed to the rear surface side of the exterior wall member, with a plurality of wooden bricks fixed to the indoor side surface of the exterior wall frame. The interior wall panel 12 includes an inner wall member 21, interior wall frame 22 fixed to the rear surface side of the interior wall member 21, and a soft heat insulative member 23 built-in the frame of the interior wall frame 22, with the interior wall frame 22 fixed to the indoor side surface of the wooden brick. The soft heat insulative member 23 partially protrudes to the outdoor side further than the interior wall frame 22. A plurality of hard heat insulative members 31 are attached to the outdoor side surface of the interior wall frame 22.
