PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive fine wire using a thin film graphite layer, having high stability, excellent in electric characteristics, and with a band gap narrowed. SOLUTION: The conductive fine wires 2, 3 formed on a surface of a substrate 1, are structured by laminating a plurality of thin film graphite layers 4, 5. At least side edges 4a, 4b of one or both two adjoining layers 4A, 4B among the plurality of thin film graphite layers 4, 5 are coupled with each other in a length direction of fine wires 2, 3.
