PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL (Electro Luminescence) element achieving homogenization of an organic light emitting medium layer to enable highly uniform display free from uneven emission and luminance reduction. SOLUTION: In formation of the organic light emitting medium layer by printing, the printing is performed at a desired temperature obtained by applying a voltage to a heating wiring 2 of a printed circuit board 15. As a result, drying of ink immediately after printing is accelerated to suppress flowing of the ink. Thus, a meniscus form can be controlled and height difference among printed films can be reduced.
