PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control sense of warmth by a person in an individual space. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system includes a convection generation panel 27 (convection generation part) mounted to a partition 4 having an entrance and partitioning the individual space with an opened upper part on an indoor side. The convection generation panel 27 includes a conductive heating medium pipe 27a in which warm water and cold water (heating media) are made to flow, and generates convection along the surface on the individual space 41 side in the partition 4. By receiving the convection, surface temperature on the individual space side of a top face 51a (indirect radiation part) of a work desk 51 is controlled, to increase radiation heat exchange amount with the human body.
