PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out press molding by heating a laminated composite material body by high frequency induction heating with the use of a magnetic material body contacting the laminated composite material body. SOLUTION: An apparatus and a method for molding the laminated composite material body are constitution and a method in which a heating means (4) is formed on the surface of at least one of an upper part mold (1) and a lower part mold (5) or constituted of magnetic material bodies (13 and 14) stuck to the laminated composite material body (6) and a coil group (16) which is arranged outside each of molds (1 or 5) and connected to a high frequency power supply (15), the laminated composite material body (6) is heated by the high frequency power supply (15) and the high frequency induction heating of the magnetic material bodies (13 and 14) by the coil group (16), and the Curie temperature of the magnetic material bodies (13 and 14) is the melting temperature of a thermoplastic resin or at least the curing temperature of a thermosetting resin.
