<p>Cpds. of general formula (I): (where R1 = adamantyl, phenyl, 2-hydroxyphenyl, pyridyl-(4)- or benzyl; R2 = phenyl, cyclohexyl, n-butyl, 4-chlorophenyl or allyl) are prepd. by cyclisation of 1-acyl-4-alkyl-thiosemicarbazides with dehydrating agents, pref. phosphoroxychloride or conc. H2SO4. Using the same process 4-substd. alkylene-alpha,omega-dicarbonyl-bisthiosemicarbazides may be cyclised to form cpds. of general formula (II): (where R1 = methylene or ethylene; R2 is as defined).</p> |
